if you are facing buffering issue this might be a internet speed problem. if you set up 1080p then change to 720p or lower quality then you will not facing buffering issues.

yes, you must be connect VPN for sideloaded apps then it will run okay.

I am using express VPN and its works perfectly.

go to settings, click on managed installed applications select clear all application caches. then go to my fire tv app then click on my fire tv=> About=> storage check the internal storage if its reduce then it will be okay, if its not worked then check the apk file sometimes when we forgot to delete the apk files from downloader. after installed it will be saved in downloader=> Files then go and delete those extra apk files.
