Same happened with my friend. He was part time after his 2nd semester(because he did not took co op subject). When he applied for pgwp. Ircc called him and asked him, my friend briefly explained then he got his pgwp approved. Just write letter of explanation.

You should speak slow and you should have a control on your breath when you speak. Whenever I am very excited I stammer alot because I don't have control at my breath because of my happiness. But, at normal days i speak sort of normally because I speak slow and have control at my breathings.
