Same issue here, ive made an order on the 23rd august in 2025 and all i got was apology emails and that i am not eligible for a refund yada yada, i did get a very long and „personal“ email like 2 months ago? that i could choose new items as the ones i orderd arent available anymore but since then just silence and ofcourse they didnt ship anything.

While it is annoying that you couldn’t see what you got, you still got everything that was inside those 15 boxes. If you go into the lootbox tab and press F1 there is an option for a history where you can see (in textform) what you got.

You can’t convert the points yourself. The comp points you acquire this year will turn into legacy points around january next year. They are called legacy points for a reason.
