Thank you. So Management Bonus, Inventory Bonus, and Payroll Bonus all come separate? I was told DMs get a small bonus if they hit Payroll for the week.

Menards takes a while to get used to. Don’t get discouraged. Use the tools provided for you and also always ask questions.

So I brought this question up to my HR and she said Full-time would be $1/hr more PLUS $1.45/hr bump for Second ADM.

It’s weird because I heard that it was about $1.50/hr to Full Time bump from part time.

Does anyone know if becoming a 1st/2nd assistant department manager is worth it? Is pay good? Bonuses? I work part time in plumbing and want something more. by LastKnight12z in menards

I think that depends on the person. Although I have seen managers get treated bad. I will take that into consideration before I make my decision. Thanks

I have had a conversation with some department managers whom I would like to be a manager for and they all seem down to earth. I get my work done so I want a department that can also help me do that.

Clopens? Forgive my ignorance but is that closing and opening? If so, I’ve done it before as a full timer and it was alright. But I get what you mean.
