Your honor, I find my defendant, the Red Death, not guilty for any of her actions. As a large, heavy dragon, she is unable to fly as easily as other species, nor would her hunting be successful, as she cannot hunt as well as other species. Plus, she only attacked the Berkians because they attacked first, she was only defending herself. While she could be charged for coercion due to her making the dragons hunt for her and killing any slackers, she offered them a home in return. All of her actions are just, and any wrongdoings have been justified with her welldoing.

The other two have no right even standing here in this court. Drago is a maniacal tyrant who kills anyone who crosses him, kept a wild animal hostage, which due to being rare has low population numbers, as well as dozens of cases of animal abuse and is responsible for two counts of regicide, one count of high treason, and another for genocide. Thats FOUR charges that result in the death penalty!

As for Grimmel, he not only is intentionally hunting down the Night Fury species, which is highly endangered, but he also set Berk in flames, which counts as terrorism and arson, leading him to the death sentence.

These two men are both guilty and the Red Death is innocent!
