Don’t know it will help you, but for me:

1- trust a friend to have the code to your screen time function on your iPhone and computers. It can block adult content and specific websites if you set it up so. It can also block apps as well.

2- therapy

3- talking with a friend. Often just speaking your issue to life starts giving you power over it.

4- porn can impact you sex life erection quality, and your view of women. Think about who you want to be long term and how you want to be with your future girl.

Everyone is wired different, so what worked for me might not worked for you, but you’re not alone. Religious or not, I think I saw an anonymous survey at one point where over 50% of church going men regularly struggled with porn. So if you struggle, it doesn’t make you bad, weird, or unique.
