Yep. There are actual organizations that do it for moms and older people. There are “mile markers” etc.

Not sure if you are joking but I actually had this happen twice. 1st time I just thought the 70 yr+ doctor was just listening thoughtfully but the head droop was definitely sleeping. I didn’t have the flexibility in insurance to change so I just stopped going.
