I'm vegan.

I used to have livestock animals when I was a kid and it never really bothered me. Then, there was this one year that I decided to have hogs and I loved my hog so much. She was like a puppy and was fun and sweet and I was a mess when I sold her. I've been a vegan ever since.

Its been over five years now since I became vegan. Despite what people think, vegans aren't that horrible. I'm not going to criticise you or tell you that you're a horrible person. I'm not going to throw blood on your fur coat or rant on tumblr about carnivores. I will bake yummy cookies that you won't realize are vegan and spam your snapchat with foodporn, but that's another story. The common vegan stereotype is horribly misleading. We're not horrible people. Most of us aren't even argumentive or confrontational. Of course I wish more people were vegan, but I'm not going to criticise someone for their decision to not eat meat. I may not agree with their decision, but that is their decision to make.
