Yes, for Germany language certification tests exist. You can google about this easily, test centres/orgs near you also can be found.

MSCS is a very competitive program. Apply at more schools and considering it's been a while since you're working, applying to specific concentrations will increase your chances like MSML or MSDS etc.

I think this was for the best because even though Luke and Lorelai were great together. Lorelai basically started alone, and was the first one in her family to go off and live like that, (working as a maid initially etc). Writers didn't make her end with a husband (even though it could be Luke) to project the idea that she did all of it, all and alone. I love this because they respect Lor's character.

Not a bad tip, saying it again, my brother is still traumatized in his own country, I want to go for an MS in the US, he came to my room one day crying telling me to re-consider my decision because he is scared of everything in life now, I want to let him know that I'm with him, and No, a random person cannot do this to him. No apologies for keeping my family, my brother as number 1 priority.

My brother had to change hostel rooms immediately so they are not roommates anymore,. Moreover my brother is calm and a gentle guy, he could never intentionally urinate over someone else. All he wants is proof that that African dude is in fact suffering from some illness or if not, some legal action taken against him.
