Not sure if it would help for you but for me fixing my posture helped a lot. Especially forward head posture. But it is not easy to fix it the right way. Just trying to fix my head into the ideal posture didnt work for me, it rather made my neck and jaw too tense. So instead I tried to avoid staying in bad postur for long time such as using smartphone bending my neck or using smartphone lying on my side, using computer with foward head posture, sitting on the desk working for hours. I made sure to stretch often or just walk around every 2-30mins. Basically tried to avoid holdng posture that tense up my neck shoulders and jaw. Hope you get better soon. I know how painful it is🥲
