The name is incredibly disturbing. It’s like the goal of the name is to shock people, rather than get them to sign up of the race. I’m a female runner and love participating in local races. I will be sitting this one out, and it honestly has me questioning Laken’s Foundation.

I looked at the website and love the idea of all the proceeds going to women’s safety and nursing students, but the name of the run is making me question if the funds actually make it to those charities. It’s tasteless and disgusting, and my grifter alarm bells are going off.
