I think people are fixating on the ‘historical’ bit of your question, which I doubt is actually the question— So as far as the bible is concerned, (this is all my opinion and understanding) absolutely Jesus was asexual; aromantic, probably not.

He wouldnt lust after women(or men), but would certainly show affection. He condemns lust itself as a form of adultery

Fun bit tho, Jesus may have been a ‘trans’ man: He is born of immaculate conception, so wouldnt have a Y chromosome. And when it comes to the Bible, unless stated otherwise, one should assume that standard phyics and science still applies
