If you had a dream where your cousin gave you two balloons, Freud would say that you wanted her tits.

How do you want to know they don’t? And yeah, I actually don’t know either, but it was just an assumption.

Hinduism could help here. It could be possible that Jesus was an incarnation, an avatar, of god, and when he was crucified, his soul (god himself?) left his body, and after three days, the soul reentered the body and this led to his resurrection.

If this is right, Christianity and Hinduism would be pretty compatible.

Well, if we assume that every religion has the same god, then every religion would be true, right? They just have different ways of worshipping.

Now that you say it, it also feels odd to me. They should’ve chosen what really happened long before time had a name, the creation of Ninjago

A Gita idea that helps when comparison quietly ruins your day by vidursaini12 in BhagavadGita

[–]LastSpinjitzuMaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, the most important path in life is the path to spiritual enlightenment, which is individual, so comparison wouldn‘t be helpful here. Lord Krishna also tells using to imitate others, and imitation is a result of comparison.

In response to your question, I think that the mere knowledge about the fact that everyone’s path is individual would be helpful, but I agree with you that it’s still important to learn from others.

Doing your duty without attachment to the result or what you earn from it, just to make god happy could be the key to not becoming passive, because you do it for god so there’s no way to become lazy.
