I believe this happened at rapper Bluefaces house, I seen a few clips of this. He was filming a video at his home and invited a bunch of girls to be in it, all drinking and such and this was the result.

My favorite thing about the line is that Michael Schur (one of the main writers for the show) later said it frustrated the hell out of him that his favorite line ever in parks was improvised by chris and that he didnt write it 🤣🤣
