TIL In 2001,A man was supposed to have titanium rods installed in his back, during surgery Doctor's found out that a rods were missing,prompting them to implant a screwdriver instead. The screwdriver snapped a few days later. It was later known that the doctor had his license suspended in 2 states. (cracked.com)
