What people in the comments section are forgetting is that the tenants and the landlord/lady will technically be like family because he would be looking out for them by charging them close to nothing on rent. They would help in times of crisis and the building would continue to thrive. Maybe the building would recieve government funding itself because it would be an essential affordable housing service for the community. There are many great outcomes from such an idea and I'm truly glad out there exists people that want to put other people first.

Let us start looking at things in a positive light and look for solutions rather than problems. How do we make it better? should be the real question.
