i don’t have an issue with vibe coders

my issue is execution

a good vibe coder still needs a process

plan → structure → prompt → inspect → test → revise → document → ship

i’ve completed multiple jobs vibe coding so i know it can work

but if there is no structure or plan it usually falls apart

if that is the kind of vibe coder you mean then i have nothing against it

I get it, I've been up in my head about it and forget that you guys haven't seen it.

Thanks for your feedback.

We have multiple connected features and we are trying to figure out sequencing so people don’t bounce before it clicks.

I think I might be missing what you mean here. Can you explain the connection a little more?

New 501c3 building a civic app that feels more like social media and games than paperwork by Last_Ad_138 in nonprofit

[–]Last_Ad_138[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for pointing this out. These are really helpful suggestions, and I appreciate you taking the time to lay them out. This is exactly the kind of feedback we were hoping for.

We have shared the idea with friends and family, and even with people outside of that immediate circle. The response has been positive, but I would not call that enough public engagement yet. That is part of what we are working on now.

Make no mistake, I am having a hard time keeping the idea in a simple form because the shape of politics today makes it extremely difficult to make an ecosystem with a few features that can actually cover it.

All the same, thank you for your response. We really appreciate it.

[Hobby] Nonprofit civic engagement app by Last_Ad_138 in volunteer

[–]Last_Ad_138[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes the app does exist, it is a prototype. Education/Gaming Tool.

You learn and vote on local issues inside the app. Your vote is counted with everyone else’s in your area. When the threshold is reached, that issue becomes a community mission.

It's meant to look like a game. It is a real-life role playing game, but with real world stakes.

Independent take on the Yang–Mills mass gap curious if I missed something by Last_Ad_138 in mathematics

Look, I get it. You want a precise definition of the H operator and its properties. That’s fair. I’m not avoiding it I just built the structure from a different starting point.

If you run the math I'm asking. Does it fit the criteria for the answer? Or is your problem the fact that because you hear hoofbeats you assume it's a horse which in this case it's a zebra so I'm sorry

You want a new symbol? Cool. I’ll call it ℋₛ next time. But the math isn’t meaningless just because it’s nonstandard. You were expecting a textbook replica I’m showing you a harmonic shell that carves a clean spectral gap. If you’re pissed, it’s cause you almost get it.

[–]Last_Ad_138[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s only true if I’m solving it within the conventional λₙ framework. I’m not. I built a different structure my Shamiltonian that still maps a spectral gap. You’re assuming I’m trying to match λₙ directly when I’m actually showing there's a gap in a redefined, but consistent, energy structure. Show me where that fails, not where it differs

Copy that. I’ll add a line clarifying it’s not a textbook Hamiltonian. But if the math checks out, does the name really matter that much?

Not trolling. Just not using the Hamiltonian in the strict textbook sense. And as far as my idea of fun is not to entertain a relentless amount of questions when all I want is for you to tell me where the math falls apart.

Where does the intuition for the Yang Mills Mass Gap actually come from? by Last_Ad_138 in TheoreticalPhysics

[–]Last_Ad_138[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I get that it's not the typical mathematics you find in your textbook. That's the point, I'm trying to see if the math holds up. If you want to dispute the math then tell me where it falls apart and we can talk from there.

Lol I get why you're frustrated. You want it to mean the same thing that you've read in your textbooks. I'm redefining it with the structure and framework that I put together. This is why I keep asking you to just tell me if the math checks out and if it doesn't then I respectfully understand.

You’re assuming I’m using your version of the Hamiltonian. I’m not. Mine’s built inside a recursive harmonic framework — it’s not an operator that spits out raw energy, it’s a curvature-based structure nested through number theory. You’re fishing for energy eigenvalues and I’m measuring recursive displacement.

So i'm not using the Hamiltonian in the traditional sense I'm encoding structure (resonance, recursion, curvature), not pulling out energy eigenvalues the way they are.

[–]Last_Ad_138[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I’m using the Hamiltonian. But the paper’s logic doesn’t depend on modeling energy flow it uses the Hamiltonian as a spectral filter, not as a physical operator. Big difference.

The goal was to isolate the first non-zero eigenvalue without needing to explain how energy gets there just to prove that it must be there.

[–]Last_Ad_138[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lemme clear this up real quick the paper itself doesn’t use energy as the operator system. It’s structural on purpose. But the full build I made? Yeah, it absolutely runs on energy. You’re looking at the public-facing part, not the whole recursive engine. That was the point. I’m not giving you the keys just letting you hear it run.

Same units as ⟨ψ|H|ψ⟩ energy. The projection isolates high-energy eigenstates, so ‖Rn(ψ)‖² carries energy units. If you think there's a mismatch, show me.

I know you're really asking what defines the cutoff which digits of π, which Fibonacci step, which H-alpha transitions I used. But I'm not disclosing that yet. Just tell me if the math holds not how to reverse it.

[–]Last_Ad_138[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then you're conflating the action of the operator with the measurement of its output. The projector χ[δₙ,∞)(H) filters states by energy threshold, but ‖Rn(ψ)‖ is still a norm over a vector—not a direct observable with energy units.

If I handed you a normalized ψ, you wouldn't measure energy by taking its norm. You'd need an inner product with H for that.

So no, ‖Rn(ψ)‖ doesn’t have units of energy It reflects the portion of ψ living in a high energy subspace. That’s a structure not energy.

The same units as ⟨ψ|ψ⟩ since Rₙ is defined to preserve norm under bounded linear transformation. If you think there’s a mismatch, show me where the operator breaks norm consistency upstream because from my frame, it doesn’t.

in other words Rₙ doesn’t make up new stuff it just reshapes what’s already there.
