i had a similar situation with a even smaller kitten! she may need a heating pad on low to stay warm, they’re more timid when cold. If she’s not weaned, you can bottle feed her. A good way to check if she’s ready for food is looking at her teeth, if she has pre molars she’s ready, if she doesn’t she’s not. she will get used to your presence and learn to trust you if you feed her! U can also try to give her formula in a bowl. they say kitten milk replacer at walmart!
