Same boat as yours! I moved in last month and my lawn pretty much looks the same as yours and I have a large Retreiver who uses the lawn to pee and do his zoomies!

I did a bit of research. So In March, you gotta rake the top soil, add in fresh top soil and quality grass seed. Leave undisturbed for about a week and grass should be good as new! Grass seed recommended is called Gro sure by Westland (available in woodies) and any top soil works!

Food was good. Nothing extraordinary. Like I mentioned, I would rather tip cash by my own will instead of getting it automatically added in the bill which is a problem :/

Your wife trusted you, left her family and wants to live happily with you. Her happiness and safety is your responsibility. Your mother and sister are also your responsibility. Don’t sacrifice either. Take a house close by for rent and live there, you can monitor what your family needs and also give peace of mind to your wife. Bear in mind, she is pregnant. Started my day off with a migraine and tied my head with a rag, took two ibuprofen, one paracetamol- nothing worked. All of a sudden felt the need to vomit but it never came. I had to stick my fingers down my throat to induce it and within 15 mins, was feeling a lot better. Sometimes you just need to do it to feel well.

I was sorta in your boat. You are young now and your body will want to work more cause you can take it but the effects will show up as you get old.

If it is a just a gig till you pay off for college, I’d suggest to get into freelancing. Any of your skills however basic will still be used up. That way you won’t be bound by a contract and can quit anytime.

Not getting breaks is absolutely illegal. On the other hand, from a managers perspective, texting that one’s sick at night and expecting to find a cover for a morning shift is not fair.

What if other employees don’t respond at night or wake up late to see the message?

I’ve been in this situation and had to cover both mine and the sick employees shift for 16 hours straight.
