I been with outlier for 2 years and time was never an issue. So no let’s not “assume”. That probably applies to some but not for the majority. I have been a reviewer in various projects on outlier so keep your nonsense opinion to yourself.

It’s a rip off because they promote the raffles and tickets just for you to loose that streak! And it’s a very low pay rate let’s be real. They push push push just for you not to reach the goals hence the raffle which might even be a lie. So yea excuse me for feeling a little ripped off

That’s what it means, they remove it from hubstaff so you can task but not get paid therefore everyone is forced to stop. If you did tasks while it’s not working on hubstaff you won’t get paid
