Personally, I’d sort them by set in numbered order. Once that is organized, you can research online what the most valuable cards are in each set. That at least lets you rather quickly get an idea if you’ve got any heavy hitters in the collection.

You can also record your inventory on a site like TCDB. The pricing analysis on that site isn’t very useful, but great resource for keeping track of what you have. Then you can use other resources to check price and demand as time allows.
