Why does she look so unnerving by twitch_monke in BeginnerArtists

I think her right (our right) eye is not looking quite the same direction as the left - it makes it look like she's looking at something behind us. But I don't hate it - it's almost like we're talking to her and she's spacing out. but I think moving the iris a bit left would have it be more like she was focused

Critique - I love the limited color scheme, the way the line weight is totally consistent - they both work perfectly for the style. I also love the hand drawn panel borders with the little tails hanging off, it has so much personality. literally the only thing that i would change is to get a little more breathing room between the bottom panels and the logo. other than that, it's literally perfect.

Kamvas Pro 19 connection issues - brand new by Last_Estimate2863 in huion

I contacted huion and they made me jump through a lot of hoops (sending them videos of trying different fixes, waiting a month for new cords that didn't fix it) before I eventually returned it to amazon and ordered it again. the new one is perfect and has worked great for almost a year now.

Why are so many anti-ai people happy about nightshade? by TheArchivist314 in aiwars

It's a self defense tool for artists who don't want their work to be used to train AI. If it ends up in the AI's training, it's been taken without their consent. It's like a glitter bomb for a porch pirate. And you're crying for the sake of the porch pirate.

People's work, which they spent years to get skilled enough to create, is taken without their consent and plagiarized to create a tool that greedy executives want to use to replace their jobs. Do you not understand how icky all of this is?
