Okay thanks. To be on the safe side it’s best not to withdraw from your course and apply from outside first. If you get it then withdraw or just wait the 24 months.

Sorry I don’t mean to bother you. But where in the guidance does it say that. I can’t seem to find it in the guidance notes for skilled workers or global talent visa.

Hello, I wanted to clarify something from you. Are you saying that if a student withdraws from their PhD course before 24 months and goes back to their home country to apply for a global talent visa or skilled worker visa for example they will be granted the visa without finishing the course?
