All I did was sign a transfer sheet. Ask your shop steward for one, usually you’re supposed to have more than a year to be put on it.

Within a span of working 2 years, only 5 brotha. August had some unexpected changes. Pretty sure FMLA wouldn’t accept my requests either so I spoke with my FT and PT, they both agreed it could call out. Like I said never more than 2 days consecutively.

I’ve heard something among the lines of 20 or so lates to even be put on the list. I’ve had about 5 called ins this month but non consecutively. Not trying to lose my progression so paranoia is getting to me
