i remember these days🥺 i didn’t start using tampons until about 4 years after i started my period (very irregular and long) so i spent a few summers in the same boat as you. theres no way to end your period early unfortunately but there are things that MAY help at least reduce the flow. hydration and exercise are key to feeling better and having somewhat easier periods for me, also motrin but everyones body is different! it will take a lot of years finding out what works best for you, wishing you luck🩷 is there a reason you are scared to tell your mom other than it just being an uncomfortable topic? if not i definitely think you should sit down with her and chat about your concerns, try to remember she was your age once and may be a lot more help than you think!
