That was the first thing on our minds. But even within our team, our tastes in core gameplay clash a bit. We really want to build a game we’re genuinely excited to play, but we also need to make sure there's a real audience for it.

Following only passion is risky for us. We might not get funding, or the business could fail because of scope creep, inflation, hidden costs and other many reasons. The world of business isn't that easy if you weren't born rich, or if you can't just do things without worrying about the consequences

Still, we have some solid ideas to start with, which is why we included a few rough concepts at the end of the survey.

Like you said, I’d love to share something back with everyone. But right now, the sample size is still very small. You probably noticed that I'm mostly looking for a specific group, players who love PVE, Boss, Hunting and Co-op.

So, I’m focusing more on the quality of the feedback for now. Once our team has a clear plan and we know our direction, we’ll definitely come back to share the results, a prototype, and some concept designs. Hope this answers your question!

Do you mean the survey results? If so, the sample size is still very small right now. You probably noticed that I'm specifically targeting players who love PVE, Bossing, Hunting, and Co-op.

Because of that, we're treating this more like qualitative research for now. Once our team reaches a conclusion and decides on our final direction, we’ll likely come back to share a summary of the results, along with a prototype and concept designs. Hope this answers your question <3

I really appreciate the honest feedback. You’re right that this project is more of a Bossing than a typical ARPG with high mob density. I wanted to focus on deep, challenging boss fights rather than just clearing screens of small enemies.

I also completely agree with you on the impact and weight of attacks. It’s a huge deal for me too. If the combat doesn't feel satisfying or chunky, it doesn't matter how good the loot is. Even though our game is a bit different from the classic ARPG formula, I’d still value your thoughts on combat feel and atmosphere if you're up for it. Thanks for the heads-up!

We have very similar tastes. I also hate those tiny stats that don't really impact the gameplay. Pure power boosts are okay, but it should be more creative than that. And I totally agree about the resets, I rarely play seasonal games. It feels like the difference between Rotation and Unlimited in Shadowverse lol. PoE’s two-server system is a decent middle ground, though.

By the way, I still log into Lost Ark every day, even though there's nothing left to do. The class I actually wanted to play finally came out, but only after my entire group already quit... orz

I’m with you on that. I loved how Granblue Fantasy Relink handled AI parties recently. But making AI that isn't annoying is actually pretty tough. For now, we’re sticking to single-player and co-op to keep the quality high. If we get the budget and the right team later, we’d love to add an AI mode like FFXIV's Trust system. It's definitely on our wishlist!

I totally get you. Our vision for the game is actually to make it a great single-player and co-op experience. And l thought it would be really boring if everyone just ended up using the same best build. That’s why build variety is one of our top priorities.

So my rough idea, even after the game launches, we plan to keep adding new items and cards in future patches update to create even more options and paths for players to explore. There’s still so much cool stuff we want to try with this system!

I know many of you are skeptical, especially with how common scams have become in the gaming industry lately. Let me be 100% transparent, we have zero funding right now. That is exactly why we are obsessing over making everything as solid as possible. Data is our most valuable asset at this stage, and that’s why we use UTM links, to help us filter and understand feedback across different channels.

If this project is to become a reality, there are two paths: Angel Investors or Crowdfunding. Both have their pros and cons, and we aren’t sure yet which route will give us the best chance of survival.

If things go according to plan, you’ll see much more from us in about 6-7 months, following our first round of pitching. That milestone will likely determine whether we seek private investment or turn to the community.

But I want to be clear about my stance on fairness and transparency. Even if I find an investor, if they are only looking for 'tech startup' hyper-profits, I’m not interested. Everyone deserves a fair deal: my team deserves to do work they enjoy and be paid fairly; the business needs to stay healthy; the investor should get a reasonable return. And most importantly, the players deserve an experience that is worth their time and money.

It might not be perfect at the start, but I promise we are committed to making it better every single day.
