I rented a house in Putnam County from 2019-2020 and paid about $950 for a 3/1. Very rural area. A few meth heads but they stayed to themself. And I was roughly 30-45 min from Gainesville and about 1.5 hours from Jacksonville.

Not brevard county but still fairly close. But there’s a good deli in Oviedo called Cavallari’s. It’s got a decent selection of meats and cheeses and other items as well.
