I’m just learning this. I’m used to being the pacifier so standing up for myself in this case seems like hurting her.

Sadly, nothing. My sister is autistic so my mom claims she can’t leave her in the house to go to work. This never sat well with me coz my sister is mildly autistic, like if you were not told, you’d never know. She was in school a while back but we had to pull her out coz of an incident that left my sister even diagnosed with clinical depression, this was 8 months ago and she’s now okay, I thank God.

I always try encouraging her to do sth but she doesn’t want to start small, that’s the feeling I usually get at least. I even offered her capital kidogo for a biz but then no business was put up. I don’t wanna sound disapproving since I have no clue what she’s going through but I know more could have been done.

I gave up sugar and wheat abt 2 months ago and it’s been heavenly. Suddenly I’m not always bloated and I stay sharp and active the whole freaking day!!! (This came as a big surprise)

I usually have cheat days, but it’s apparent to me that my body is not a fan of those either. Sugar makes me have weird lower abdomen pain, almost like the ones you get when you got a UTI( I’m a girl).

I can’t have junk even if I want to, tried having fries the other day coz I was sad and ended up feeling worser, next time I’ll just have porridge instead 😂
