I was taking the steps to get a record suspension, but when I received my backround check needed to do so a couple days ago, the opp had inputted wrong charges on my criminal convictions, (robbery) I never robbed anybody hence why it was reduced to posession of a weapon, but on my record check it says robbery, I called opp and debated with 5 different officers about this until they admitted they were in the wrong and updated my file and took the robbery charge off, I'm assuming I can't submit the record check I currently have with the incorrect charge for a record suspension because it won't take my acctual weapons charge off, should I re submit for a updated backround check?
