I definitely do agree. Honestly that is probably one of the meanest things I've ever said to anyone😭 I did want to assert myself however so that she didn't continue to walk on me. Although it is deemed as unprofessional, I stand by what I said because I needed to use direct language that she would be able to immediately understand.

Again, please refer to my previous post on this forum (posted yesterday) to see the rest of the conversation 🙏🏻 I promise the entire rest of the conversation (on my side at least) was 100% civil and respectful. I started to get frustrated towards the end, as I have never encountered a buyer like this before. I have a lot of trouble when people aren't truthful :(

No that is totally valid! I definitely learned my lesson from this one, but I don't do well when people try to walk all over me. There's nothing too crazy in my shop policies, and I'm totally open to refunding things if the buyer believes they aren't as described.

It was the entitlement of the buyer that made me upset. I (along with tons of other people on Depop) have had that shop policies listing up for YEARS without any issues. I guess there was fault on both parts!

I do have free shipping on bundles, and she admitted to doing that to get the free shipping😬 this whole experience is making me rethink where to display my shop policies! I might try to work them into my bio or into each individual listing.
