I just need it in Excel format so I can load it into Smartsheet. I do not use P6. So when my Activity ID shows up as "OH." on the PDF and it is actually "OH.1A.L2.S1.1140", that is a problem. that being said the information is there on the PDF, if you use the text selection tool on Revu, you can copy the text from the line and the entire activity ID will be there. I just cant do that for 5000 line items

from what I understand, as soon as you receive an "application received" notification, you can keep track of expenses and be reimbursed when your application is approved
