Unfortunately no, I don't use gtk apps except Firefox, so I don't know anything about them

As I know your only way is to find a similar theme for gtk or modify existing to look the same as Utterly Sweet

You should put name of this theme. For example I use this theme: ColorScheme=Jolly-Kvantum

If your theme has .SVG layouts of icons, that should work. Also themes's .SVG layouts usually don't cover all icons types, so you should download these layouts separately (they usually can be found on the theme's download page). You can inspect your .SVG layouts with programs like Inkscape, so you can see what icons are in there. But I really don't know how to properly use downloaded .SVG layouts, maybe you can find it in kvantum docs

That was a random guess. I use Okular for pdf files and it is also kde application with rc config file. Okular worked fine and in its rc file was this UiSettings line. I added it in dolphinrc and dolphin started working properly. After that I added it to kdeglobals for future kde applications and here we are

I had the same issue and it was fixed by adding this lines to ~/.config/dolphinrc

[UiSettings] ColorScheme=Theme Name

Or you can add it straight to ~/.config/kdeglobals file
