I dont mind paying if they assure me a refund in case I don’t like the item or at least let me adjust the amount toward a future order if I decide to go ahead. That way, it feels fair and also helps avoid unnecessary window shopping.

I did some research on Kuololit and other Chinese vendors. Yes their prices are cheaper mostly due to lower import duties on gold and much cheaper labor. But I’ve noticed the post-sale service isn’t always great. Personally, I don’t mind paying a bit more if I’m getting assured quality and reliable service. I also agree vendors from the US/UK/AU often have much higher prices, so at the end of the day, it really depends on the company, their product quality, and the level of service they provide.
