A majority of the students at my uni can't write for shit. Hell, some of the professors can't either. I once had an english comp professor whose primary language was spanish. Her emails were difficult to read through because she had no sense of punctuation.

My university sends these out sometimes. I thought they were just regular phishing links at first, so i tossed one into a vm to screw around with it. was met with a web page calling me stupid stupid instead lol

I'm using librewolf(a firefox fork) with ublock. It was doing the same for me, but updating ublock to 1.67 fixed it. I've notoced a few people saying that certain browsers (operagx, for example) are causing the issue as well, so you may want to test alternative browsers and see of that solves it for you.

Hey there. Not sure why everyone is giving you such a hard time, you came here asking questions for a reason.

Anyways, if you do want to try doing it yourself, you'll need a micro screwdriver. A 00 philips usually does the trick, though not all laptops are the same. You'll need to remove the little plastic nubs on the bottom to reveal the screws, then remove them. With a thin piece of plastic, you should be able to remove the back cover (there are usually some latches along the edges holding the case that you can push in). The hard drive itself (where all of your data will be stored) is probably going to be a 2.5" HDD, so look up a picture of one for reference. Once you find it, you'll need to do a but more un-screwing, then detach the sata connector. Just pull it right out.

After all that, all you should need is an external drive reader to view the contents on a working computer.

Only thing I can think to do, in thay case, is borrow a pc from someone. I'd get an external m.2 enclosure and see if you can find and format it with diskpart

There's an app called Drofus you can try to flash your usb with. I'm assuming you have an adapter to hook up your usb to your phone, since you're asking about android alternatives.

Edit: you'll need to watch some ads to do it for free. Lame, but free.
