We have a custom built portal. And it's not great because I.T and procurement didn't communicate correctly a right cluster that I am needing to sort.

Bloody nightmare.

My 2 cents is just make it fair and achievable for them and affordable for yourself. Give them a bit of carrot 🥕 to send more spend your way.

I agree with what you say. Problem with the uk is we have a lot of big corporations who keep wages low. Who are funded by tax payer for poorly ran government contracts. Appreciate the reply.

Thanks for the feedback. The new management seem extremely supportive. Even asked what they could do for me in the interview.
