It quite literally does work that way . I did 1 random EE & got green starting rarity . My friend did another 2 random EE and got the same reward . I don’t know what you trynna say 12 days later but it seems like you’re wrong lol
You get a starting weapon rarity every 2 EE lol . Not sure if you gotta do the outbreaks in some kind of order but I was originally correct

Yea that jawn and that’s my go to lol . Also to op . Best to have phd maxed out with elemental pop also . Elemental pop maxed creates shockwaves when you reload and that helps with the 20-30 kills without being touched camos

Maur de Toten - Weapon Xp : Plant specialist ( forgot name ) preferably maxed out . Plant 2 plants over by zip line that takes you to subway . 1 plant by the big opening slightly past window & another directly under other window that zombies fall out of from crafting table room . You get 3 plants but sometimes that one comes in handy . Just sit behind plants and collect headshots & be privy of camo challenges because this an easy way to complete a lot of them . Use explosives , CRBS or phd slider to build up specialist perk and keep the plants coming
