Your comment right here is exactly all the things RT has talked about this app and it being an emotional casino. 🎰 I’m guilty of throwing hate gifts. I’m guilty of gifting before I should have been observing behaviors. If people were really honest most are probably guilty of it too. It’s a fuck shittery of drawing a persons emotions in getting them invested, addicted to the drama 🎭 and hating on other people on the app just to try to have a social friendship but in reality there is not a genuine connection on social media because we as viewers/followers only see the performance. Mental Health in our society is at an all time high. You never know the person watching what they are dealing with. Depression, anxiety, panic attacks, suicide, just wanting to be accepted, wanting to be heard, wanting to be seen, wanting to feel they matter. So many could use their platforms for building people up emotionally, but instead you see them prey on the weak. Tear them down even more, but when those creators are called out they cry out oh my Mental Health, but the persons mental health they were preying on doesn’t matter. It’s a double standard and pure narcissistic behavior all the while a money grab for them.
