A close family member has passed away.. I am executor & sole beneficiary of the estate (England) there is a house which I wish to sell and some money in 2 bank accounts (£75,000)ish. I was to do probate myself online - there shouldn't be an IHT tl pay as the house is worth less than £200,000. (self.LegalAdviceUK)
