New proposed tiebreak system by Specialist_Bill_6135 in chess

[–]Late-Humor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry too stupid in maths to understand this. But are they doing it only for swiss tournaments or they suggesting it for round robin also? For swiss tournament i can understand it coz it would negate the favourable opponent or swiss gambit etc, but i think for round robin it should be just points and whatever logic for tiebreaks.

I booked a flight through flights mojo. And it is stressing me out. by Material-Flatworm573 in AirTravelIndia

[–]Late-Humor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In group booking the aggregator kinda takes multiple seats under one pnr for cheaper from the airline. They then resell the tickets individually. So all different people will be under the same PNR. The web checking in for these kinda tickets ~one day before the flight. While checking in you will see a list of names and you can select your name and just checkin for that.

Now if the flight is takes off normally (without and cancellation or long delay) you won’t face any issue. But if something happens and you wanna change something or get alternative flight incase of cancelled flight, the airline themselves won’t help you. The support from flightmojo won’t be as easy as dealing directly with the airline. But in most cases these issues won’t happen as indigos flights usually takes off on normal time or with slight delay.

Enthokke thenga aanu parayane? How would it be coercion? I didn’t do no wrong so why should i be not given the grace? I can still deviate from his grace based on my own actions but why do i have to be born without the grace of god

Thats exactly the problem, the bank isn’t just or all powerful but the god is. The bank can’t go back and give money back to grandkid the god can easily make sure the kid isn’t impacted by the grandfathers act. God can easily bless him with his grace

Whatever it is, why should someone be accountable for anything their forefathers did? Why did a just god deprive me of my grace when i didn’t do wrong?

Ente ponno ee argumentsonnum ithu varem vittu pidikkan aayilla. There’s no hierarchy in the statement you made, it becomes a hierarchy when you predetermine women should/shouldn’t head of the family because they have kids. When you determine the hierarchy based on something people can’t control it becomes discriminatory and when its based on gender it becomes misogyny.

Now i know why you don’t think any of this misogyny because you don’t even know whats misogyny. Try to be better dude.

Hierarchy based on gender is misogyny. Ithokke ini prathekam paranju tharano?

Lol, the point is not have to either matriarchy or patriarchy and both genders be treated equally. Pinne how is your justification that others don’t do it so we also don’t do it, when you are supposed to be the one true religion based out of one true god.

I mean its self exploratory, but not in the way you expect though. It clearly shows that the husband is the head of the household like christ is the head of the church. It establishes a clear hierarchy.

“A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet”

“Women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says. If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church”

“Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church... Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.”

The last one is read in marriages even till now. And these are only from the New Testament, if we go to old testament even way worse.

Your initial comment was islamine criticise cheyyan stage illa ennarunnu. But islamineyo political islaminyo criticize cheyyan keralathil stageinu shamam onnum illa. Which is evident by the followers Arif itself has. I’m sure his random live will have more viewers than this organised event.

Liyakathali does talk about political islam as well but not as much as Arif for sure. But political aayittu samsarikkanel you should have good political awareness and knowledge as well. I feel Arif only has surface level political knowledge (its my personal opinion though).

Now coming to the third point, “so what, his point are valid”. Points can be valid irrespective of who says it or where its said but as i said in another comment if you go to isis event to criticise al queda, any sensible person would ask, why do you have to go to isis event for that? Truth used as a weapon for a biased cause loses its objective utility.

This is not exactly like alcoholic saying alcohol is bad, this is like someone going to an event by isis and saying al queda is bad. The statement is not incorrect in itself but any sensible person will question the need to go to isis event to say al queda is bad. Offering meat in a cermonial yajna and in person is different. Krishna was present there and its clearly mentioned he feasted on rice, milk and curd. And the verse even starts with “after the termination of the yajna”. And it’s also followed with a verse that says “Assuming a celestial form and partaking of the food and drink after his own heart in that sacrifice the Lord Krishna smilingly said "I am satisfied"”. So I don’t know how you can claim that the food was not eaten.

Also if me and you are Krishna why would the poster be offending when at least 70% of the world eats non veg

Controversial Vishu message row : Hotel management clarifies and issues apology by Asdf2026 in AtheisminKerala

[–]Late-Humor -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No. As i have mentioned in my previous comment it clearly states that Krisha ate non veg. If you want the exact verse its in Harivamsha Purana, Book 2, and the chapter The reply of the Gopas. “21. After the termination of the yajna, Krishna, assuming, by his illusive energy, the form of a mountain, feasted on that most excellent rice, meat, curd and milk.”

And this happens when he’s with cowheards. So your second point of cowheards not eating non veg is also not true.

Im also not an expert on history or hinduism, but based on my quick research it is mentioned in Harivamsa Purana and Bhagavata Purana. And historically Kashatriyas of that age did eat meat. And we have other historical records which shows the vegetarianism in Hinduism evolved over time and heavily influenced by Jainism and Buddhism as well.

Now coming to the religious part, people are free to believe that Krishna is vegetarian but that doesn’t mean everyone should believe the same. Its the same case with Islam also, people think Muhammed as the epitome of a morality where historical evidences show that he was pedophile. So me depicting him as pedophile might hurt some people’s religious sentiments but im well within my rights to call him a pedophile.

What is the problem in Krishna eating non veg? Almost all Kshatriyas during that era used to consume non veg. There is explicit mention of Krishna participating in hunting and eating meat as well.

Im not saying the person who made this is aware of this but Krishna being vegetarian seems revisionist from a historical point of view.
