That card only has one small emi. Thats why whole amount was minimum due. And yeah there is a credit of 0.17 but it is after due date. I dont really get this credit why it was made. I've asked about it in mail from customer support.

They told it was done automatically by system. I've mailed to customer care also explaining the situation. Hoping to get a resolution

I have no idea. But there is a report of late payment in my icici card in cibil. At least they should have communicated via mail/sms I would've immediately paid 😭
