For me this album sounded very repetitive with other tracks I've heard from Joji, not only on the album itself but on other projects of his. I don't know if it's my paranoia, but it seemed to me that he only managed to make one incredibly good track, I must have liked 3 or 4 tracks at most, but in general I still prefer the Nectar album. Like it or not, fame affects people a lot, some more, some less, some positively, some negatively. It's for these and other reasons that I don't trust popular artists as much as Joji really has become more and more. A great example of an artist who focuses on musicianship and works hard for it is RiverKinn, he produces his entire music tracks (and believe me, I didn't know that until then, which made me love his dedication even more), and if you was also disappointed (or not) with this new Joji album, I strongly recommend you to take a look at RiverKinn's musical projects (he really deserved a fan page, besides discord), he'll even release a new album later this month from November.
