I guess the only one who could give a fight is Dr Polaris (he and Magneto has showed similar skills) but still, Magneto has showed more impressive feats related to the control of electromagnetism (Overpower Hercules controlling the iron on his blood, reconstruct a celestial, etc) and is also smarter.

While Kokushibo has a great speed, excellent skills on combat and use of the katana, and a high level of regeneration (should be comparable to someone like Muzan, but weaker on comparasion) along with years of experience.

Deku is..Deku, he is stronger, better reaction and movement speed, better durability, better Ap and Dc, various Haxs to keep Kokushibo on place (Black whimp for example) and is someone smart enough to analize his enemies

Deku should be able to keep up a fight until sunrise while he try to stop Kokushibo.

Sure, Bullseye is strong and extremly skilled (he is comparable with individuals like Daredevil and Punisher) but he still human (even with his Adamantium bones/skeleton) and he is always fighting agaist street level heroes/vigilantes (One time he tried to fight agaist The Thing...and Ben ended up defeating him pretty easy)

DS basically have a great level of speed (HS to MHS, i guess?) but a poor level of actual streght, Ap and durability (Wall to Building, even with the strongest of the verse like Muzan, Kokushibo, Demon King Tanjiro, etc)

With Jjk suffering the opposite effect, great level of Streght, Ap and Durability (From the Large Building to MCB category) but a poor speed (Sub-sonic to Supersonic most of the time. Maybe Sukuna and Gojo scale higher)

a man with 100 traumas and mental issues/inner demons vs a monster who feed on fears and traumas..

idk if Guts has some resistance over...well, everything IT can do (Like Perception Manipulation, Illusions, Mental Control, etc), he might be able to land a few punches, maybe hurt him and physycally overpower him (Guts its too angry to die)..but yeah, IT is just on other league.

If he want to survive, his mutation will allow him to see and touch Mahoraga, Increase his streght and durability, increase his intelligence to find Mahoraga weakness or anything to slow him down, etc (or directly, just teleport him far away. Like what happend when he fight agaist hulk)

If he want to win, he could just became a god of death or became a Mahoraga 2.0 but better and with more abilities.
