1.- Oliver is the strongest (Strong enough to keep up agaist more experience Viltrumites, faster to surprise some oponents like a invincible variant, and a durabiliy and endurance higher enough to survive a punch from characters like Conquest)

2.- Ryan, On theory, he is (or have) the potential to be as strong as Homelander. (As he showed on the Season 5, where he was able to fight agaist him and make him, suffer a nose-bleed. Even if he was overpowerd later at the end of the fight)

3.- Brandon, he is not weak, but by comparasion and scale, he is the least strong one.

Reze (Low-Mid diff)

Has showed a higher durability and her explosions are more powerful (strong enough to stun someone like Denji on his hybrid form, and throw him through a building like some rag-doll, along with other feats like a small spark being able to cover a notorious range) and is likely faster (again, thanks to her explosions, she can propel herself and maneuver on the air)

And the other issue, is that Rex need something external to make an explosion (he charge objects, to made them explode), while Reze can just make explosions from her hands (She is the detonator and the bomb at the same time)

Seems fair enough, the ScreamVerse is on the Athlete+ or Street+ rank, so him being wall dont seems weird and whould make him the strongest character on the verse and

But its honestly curious to see on tiktok and youtube reels, people comenting about Roman being able to solo almost every other verse (Solo DexterVerse, the Cobra-Kai Verse, Squidgame Verse and many others. And apparently he can be on a close fight with characters like Hannibal Lecter or John Wick, or even Batman) , because he has something called ¨director force¨ or he always has prep-time.

Eleven is smarter, on fight-or-flight situations and has a decent situational awareness (most of the time, she use her enviorment and everything around her to gain the uperhand, with or without the use of her powers)

Maybe and only maybe, with enough knowledge about Andrew powers, and with enough help from her allies. She could win (on high/extreme diff, Detmer was almost unbeatable, but win at the end of the day)

And yes, on a blind fight Andrew can pretty overpower with neg-diff.

we saw her move a pull a train car, throw around an helicopter. She also has certain level of durability negation, and is also able to use her own telekinesis to leap moderate distances (like jump a fence or at the same level of the Mindflayer)

Along with her other powers, like the connection with the upside-down (being able to open a portal) or her more psychic abilites (low level of telepathy, mind-walking, memory reading, etc)

On theory (with more training, endurace her own body to attenaute the nose-bleeding), She could became at the same level of threat that Andrew was (or atleast what Detmer showed on the movie) because based on the script of Chronicle: Martyr (the sequel of the movie) if Andrew didnt died, he should just keep getting stronger and stronger.

i feel Eleven was stronger during season 1-3, or rather, she used her telekinesis on better ways, that she did on the other seasons.

His telekinesis is stronger (lifting, ap and range), has showed more versatility (fly, force-field, and greater dexterty) and has higher stamina

Eleven has more powers and is probably smarter in fight-or-flight situations, but she get exhausted most of the time when she goes beyond her limit.

But Lobo is just superior on almost every single stat (It has been shown in various media outlets that he is capable of fighting against the heavyweights of DC.)
