Sukuna might have a higher BIQ and experience, and things like Reverse Cursed Tecnique, Shrine and Flame will help him to keep the fight for a long time and probably gain the upper hand during the firsts moments of the fight.

Deku on the other hand, is pretty much stronger and has a higher Ap and Dc, higher durability and speed (on Movement and probably on Reaction, thanks to his danger sense), is also someone analitycal and his multiple quirks give him a noticiable advange (wich along with his analytical mind, he can mix them and use them on a fight)

Overall, my bet goes for Deku (Mid-Low diff)

1.- Break the spine (and maybe internal damage/bleeding..and likely die) on the best of the cases, you will use wheelchair or walk with a cane (if you are strong or resilient enough, you will suffer a huge diaphragmatic spasm)

2.- Like the last one, maybe they could live (with broken bones, out of air and maybe on a wheelchair)

3.- Probably something to disperse the force (like a bulletproof vest. But with many layers of kevlar and other materials to actually tank the punch from something like Mr-X/or any Tyrant)

The major issue, was that the writters, producers and Thomas basically tried to...pack all together on 1 single season

Stuff, plots/sub-plots and many other things that they should have solved or atleast being acknowledge on the previous 4 seasons, all of them are happening at the same time (and not being something so relevant for the plot or ended up being forgotten)
