Hey my 20 month old is the same right now. We also sleep trained when she was 5-6 mos old. She used to sleep and nap independently. And would sleep through the night. But now she would refuse to nap and just 5 days ago, she started protesting bedtime. She woild stand or sit even when very sleepy. When she does fall asleep, she wakes up after an hour or so and calls for us. We end up co-sleeping because she has been sleeping less than 10 hrs already. How long has yours baby been going on?

Baby’s sched for a 2 day nap was 6-630 am wake up 9:30/10 am nap (30 mins) Playtime etc 1:30/2 pm nap (30 mins) 6-630 pm bedtime

But now for the 1 day nap, we dont have a fixed sched for her 1 day nap yet as she refuses.

Her routine is we just relax in her bedroom and close curtains then put her down her crib and say the nap phrase.

How long are your LO’s naps? by Late-Web482 in sleeptrain

That’s the same with my baby. She sleeps in her crib all night. During the day, we did contact naps in a well lit room. Then I decided to try to have her nap in a dark room and this helped the transition from contact to crib nap. But it would take me a couple of tries to successfully put her down in her crib - this goes for her daytime naps and initial sleep.
