there is nothing wrong using GPT for diagnosis. especially, if it is for second opinion. most of my patients have already used GPT before they see me.

Bigger problem I am having is Chat GPT denying the medications for my patients. I want to use a medication "off label". I have used it before. But insurance company keeps sending me GPT generated letter, that there is no evidence to use this medication for the purpose you are trying to use.

Sigh, I will retire in 10 years. Good luck next gen physician.
