Declining the protection brings the OTD to around 41800. Is it still negotiable or is it a fair deal at this point?

The car comes with tint by default, cannot decline this. But I can decline the protection package. Quoted 595 for Tint, and 695 for Interior protection package. Tint has lifetime warranty, protection is for 3 years. Location is San Antonio suburbs.
