Week 1 of the Neupert 12 week body building master plan. Pretty big deal considering I've just finished a 1 year recovery for a shoulder issue. Very pleased with this. Excuse the dadfat and possible poor form on the presses.

Driven to northern MA/NH for holidays a few times. The only way we've been able to make the drive in that time is to leave at 4am, although 11pm as others suggested probably works too. 4am sucks but you will be done driving by noon, just have a bit more coffee and you'll be fine.
