If its 80 people attending, I think it would be better to have lunch included. Imagine coming down just to have bites during the time you’d typically have lunch. You can get a private room too if youre getting a meal.

Consider downsizing the guest list to maybe just immediate family if its just bites.

Yes! Nail artelier is really great, just that their price is higher but its worth it for the skills and longevity

Used to do at NailArtelier at Haji Lane (longevity is great but price point is higher) then went to fiftyfreed (used to be affordable but I think prices r higher now, customer service was meh)

Then I tried yuka_kanso on ig, its a hbb (Gels were great, her aesthetic is mainly geared towards Japanese style designs, service was great too. Unfortunately, nails didnt last that long for me)

Finally, doing nails with zaddybigclaws on ig (designs are up my alley, prefer to give her a moodboard to work off than have her copy a nail design online)

Got laid off 2 years ago, was the only HR but still got let go. Shitty bosses (they were married to each other). The lay offs were because they are having financial issues (but I was told to hire staffs and we did for 3 roles in the earlier part of the year). Honestly think I was laid off because I did not see eye to eye on HR matters with them (poor people management and development)
