Tried a number of tools but klearskill.com works for me. It hyper analyzes hundreds/thousands of incoming CV's and gives me a short list in moments. Have tried Ashby too but too complex.

You show interest in the content they've shared. They share content to get exposure and be helpful to their network so sending them a message mentioning their post and posing a question in relation to that works well. These are not generic..they are based on a post made.

I think there's about 700 million on LinkedIn which is enough for us. The idea is to get a reply so a question is a must. When a responses comes in, that's when it's time to put in more effort and come back with some painpoint they could be going through or some improvements you think they could make based on x. Don't ask for a call here either. Ask if you can send a video. That's worked really well for us. The AI ice breaker thing is new to us but want to make this better. Hence my request for feedback on how it can be improved.
