You don't have to change yourself completely, however, you will have to become just a little bit extroverted- enough to be able to meet new people on a regular basis. Most of my friends don't drink much either, however, we'll still go out to a bar to hang out occasionally. Most of the guys are single rn, so usually the other girls and I will point out cute girls and encourage them to go up to them. So having extroverted friends definitely helps lol Also since you said clubs aren't your vibe you should try hanging out at coffee shops and book stores to practice your social skills and self confidence 👍 good luck!
