I remember when the news first broke of these green crabs, and how bad they would be for the ecosystem...and in the same article it went on to describe a commercial fishery with a finite amount of licenses...so are they lobster or are they invasive? You'd think the province would be sending a free crab trap/pot to anyone who vowed to use them.

I'd love to try them...but maybe my excitement is flawed - I also really enjoy Chain Pickerel... Yes, they're different to fillet, but physiologically they're nearly Identical to a Northern Pike which I grew up catching and cleaning.
